At the Israeli Medical Center for Reproductive Medicine and Family Health in Tashkent, significant attention is paid to modern equipment and software, which play a key role in providing high-quality treatment and achieving positive outcomes for our patients. Modern expert-class ultrasound machines

Our offices are equipped with expert-level devices, including the only Voluson E10 in Uzbekistan – the gold standard in gynecology and women’s health. It allows for performing pregnancy screenings and monitoring with the highest accuracy, providing detailed 3D images of the fetus and 4D videos. The Voluson E10 is used in complex clinical cases and helps determine the optimal implantation window, which is critical for the successful conduct of IVF.

Blood and PCR laboratory

The center operates its own blood and PCR laboratory, equipped with automatic analyzers. All biochemical and hormonal studies are performed using the ICLA (immunochemiluminescent analysis) method, which ensures high accuracy and reliability. Having our own laboratory allows us to reduce service costs and obtain results in the shortest possible time.

Genetic laboratory

Our genetic laboratory is equipped with equipment recognized as the world standard in genetic research. We conduct a wide range of analyses: exome sequencing, NIPT (non-invasive prenatal test), genetic testing of embryos. All research is performed within the clinic, which eliminates the need to transport biomaterial abroad and guarantees the reliability of the results. For genetic research we use:

1. Illumina NextSeq 550

Illumina NextSeq 550 – a high-performance mass parallel sequencing platform used for analyzing chromosomal abnormalities and genomic imbalances, including PGT-A tasks and cell-free DNA (NIPT) studies. The system provides high accuracy in detecting aneuploidies, large structural rearrangements, and other genetic changes. It is distinguished by operational stability and high throughput, making it a reliable tool for genomic research.

2. Illumina NextSeq 2000

Illumina NextSeq 2000 – a modern platform for exome (WES) and whole genome sequencing (WGS), providing deep coverage and high DNA reading accuracy. The system allows for the detection of point mutations, copy number variations, structural rearrangements, and a wide range of other clinically significant changes. It is used in the diagnosis of hereditary diseases, molecular genetic research, and in building comprehensive genomic profiles.

3. SeqStudio Genetic Analyzer

SeqStudio – a capillary electrophoresis analyzer designed for high-precision study of individual genes and detection of hereditary changes. The device is used for analyzing carrier status and hidden carrier status of hereditary diseases, diagnosing spinal muscular atrophy (SMN1/SMN2), assessing the risk of Fragile X syndrome, as well as for detecting point mutations, deletions, and duplications in genes associated with monogenic pathologies (including AZF deletions, CFTR, DMD, and others). It provides the high sensitivity and reproducibility required for clinical genetics.

4. Ion S5 Prime

Ion S5 Prime – a targeted sequencing platform optimized for analyzing the genetic profile of tumors. The system allows for the determination of mutations, copy number variations, gene fusions, and other changes affecting the development of neoplasms. The high sensitivity of the method ensures accurate detection of genetic markers, making the device an effective tool for selecting personalized targeted therapy and molecular stratification of tumors.

According to the law on state genomic registration (October 28, 2020, effective from January 1, 2023), the transfer of biological material outside the Republic of Uzbekistan is prohibited, except for cases related to criminal investigations. This means that all genetic research must be conducted within the country, ensuring its legality and reliability. Our laboratory operates in full compliance with legislation and international standards.

Embryological laboratory

The embryological laboratory is the heart of our IVF clinic. It is equipped with modern Timelapse incubators, allowing for round-the-clock monitoring of embryo development under conditions as close as possible to natural ones (the uterine cavity).

Timelapse incubators capture images every 10 minutes, enabling embryologists to analyze development in detail and select the best embryos for transfer. This significantly increases the likelihood of successful implantation and pregnancy.

The laboratory is equipped with the latest cryopreservation systems, allowing for the safe long-term storage of embryos, eggs, and sperm. This gives patients the opportunity to plan future pregnancy attempts at a convenient time.

Unique technologies and artificial intelligence

Our center actively implements artificial intelligence technologies to improve the accuracy and quality of treatment. The IVF decision support system helps determine optimal drug dosages, select a stimulation protocol, and calculate the exact time for puncture and embryo transfer. This reduces the risk of medical errors, hyperstimulation, and complications. Throughout the clinic’s operation, not a single case of hyperstimulation has been recorded, confirming the high effectiveness and safety of the approach.

SCA CASA Sperm Analyzer with Artificial Intelligence

We are proud that our clinic has the only SCA CASA sperm analyzer in Uzbekistan, which uses artificial intelligence to accurately assess sperm parameters such as motility, concentration, morphology, DNA fragmentation, and viability. This analyzer provides accuracy unattainable with conventional analysis methods and allows for the correct selection of ART procedures and treatment even in the most complex cases.

Software and process automation

All test results and specialist conclusions are automatically sent to patients via SMS messages, ensuring convenience and promptness.
Reminders about appointments and rescheduling also come automatically, helping patients better plan their time.
